This post requires a charismatic Maths graduate who has earned at least a 2:1 degree or better and a good understanding of how to work with children ideally based on experience gained from a similar role. As a Trainee Maths Teacher you will start out working as a Teaching Assistant before slowly increasing your responsibilities at the school and taking on your own teaching timetable. Upon completing the two year programme, you will gain QTS and be a qualified Maths Teacher.
