PART TIME EVENING CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED! If you have a passion for Customer Service & Administration and looking for extra cash for Christmas, then we can help you! This position will be starting from 14th & 28th November and will continue until February 2017. Training will be full time (Monday to Friday) 5.30pm to 2am - fully paid Hours of Work: After training, you will work 5.30pm to 11pm Working as a CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR you will work on behalf of a Global Outsourcing organisation located west of Edinburgh, you will respond to a large variety of emails from Customers with questions, queries and complaints relating to products and services. Your key duties and responsibilities will include: Providing excellent customer service to respond to a wide range of incoming and outgoing customer EmailsUsing a broad range of questioning skills to understand and resolve customer(s) needs and expectations. Ensuring that the information provided is clearly understood by the customer(s) Work as part of a team of customer consultants ensuring our overall grade of service and response times are fully achieved. Prompt and accurate completion of all administration activities to ensure full customer satisfaction Recognise when customer requirements are more effectively dealt with elsewhere and refer as appropriate. Keep up to date on new or enhanced products/services in order to provide a high quality service to customers. Full compliance with all legislative requirements Take part in and identify self-development opportunities and training needs Contribute to team and process improvements.
