As an innovative Social Media Manager you will contribute to defining the brands social media strategy and lead in the execution of activity that works to bring the strategy to life via our social channels and content. Ensuring the creation of content and managing digital channels to attract site traffic, producing content in a number of innovative formats that are optimised for SEO and to positively increase the brand awareness to the end consumer. THE RESPONSIBILITIES o Create shareable content appropriate for various networks to spread both our brand and our content, with any eye on SEOo Grow new qualified leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation contento Being proactive in finding and implementing new content marketing/social strategies, tools and tacticso Create dashboards, reports, insights and benchmarks to measure campaign effectiveness and ROIo Identify relevant target groups for each platform and conduct research/analysis to determine engagement strategyo Identify relevant KPIs by platform, with each KPI tied to a specific business or strategic objectiveo Create a quarterly content brief that addresses all strategic & business objectives for the coming quartero Manage the creative development process from briefing through execution including Project timeline, including management of key milestones & approvals within the development process, ensure content adherence to tone of voice & visual guidelines and post all approved content to relevant platforms and distribute to global network for localisation.o Provide strategic and actionable recommendations on how to optimize social media content based upon analysiso Management and creation of content across all social channels, blog and magazine: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pintrest, Google+, You Tube, Periscopeo Create weekly and bi-annual internal reports and post campaign reporting THE DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE o Highly motivated and enthusiastic person with at least five years of experience in a social media environment, preferably within the fashion industry.o Highly driven, fast paced and dynamic character with a strong desire to develop and implement a best-in-class social strategy, to lead the market, to be the first to do something brilliant and new.o A true social enthusiast with a proven track record of growing and engaging communities on social media who understand established social platforms as well as new upcoming channels such as Snapchato Very high level of written communication skills and fluent/native English abilityo Knowledge of the fashion industryo Knowledge and experience managing email campaign management and social media management softwareo Experience working with PR, media and digital agencies is a pluso Out of the box thinker who has experience coming up with creative marketing strategies on a limited budgeto Self-starter.
