Site Manager - Solar Farm - Based in York - Day Rate - GBP220 GBP230 - Start Date 21/11/16 An exciting and varied role for a Site Manager within the renewable energy sector. As the successful candidate you will have a mechanical and electrical bias and have experience of running renewable energy projects, specifically biomass and/or solar PV. You will be familiar with working within a small close-knit office-based team and possess the flexibility and resilience that such an environment demands. Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities: Performance and delivery of renewable energy projects, in particular commercial solar and biomass installations.Client reviews and quality assurance procedures.Develops, implements, enforces and maintains sound business practices.Informs technical direction of the company based on project experience. Personal Specification: Ability to work independently.Takes ownership of problems from identification through to resolution.Prioritises multiple high value tasks.Read and interpret technical drawings/information.Travel to site York when required.
