Gas / Oil / LPG Heating Plumbing Engineer - Devon Cornwall

Experienced Gas Safe & OFTEC Plumbing and Heating Engineer required by Building and Maintenance company based in Launceston to carry out works throughout Cornwall and Devon. Salary cGBP28,000 depending on skills and experience. This position is offered on a permanent basis with an initial 3-month probationary period. We are a Gas Safe Registered Contractor based in Launceston undertaking refurbishment & renovation projects throughout Devon & Cornwall. Due to increased business, we are now looking to recruit a skilled and experienced Gas Safe, OFTEC & LPG registered Plumbing and Heating Engineer to undertake a range on Natural, LPG Gas & Oil works within residential and commercial properties including boiler repairs and fault finding, boiler replacements, central heating installations, general plumbing works, Gas Fire servicing & installations, soil and underground drainage. You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Gas Safe & OFTEC Engineer supported by a strong sense of customer service. Good organisational and communication skills plus the ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences is essential. You will be required to take responsibility for the standard of work produced on site at all times, managing your own timekeeping and productivity.
