The assistive technology we provide gives the user and their loved ones reassurance that help is at hand at any time of the day or night. We are looking for an Assistive Technology Call Handler to provide a customer focused service to older and vulnerable people, who may also have physical or mental health disabilities.Assistive Technology is a system that will safeguard the needs of vulnerable people and promote greater independence by providing them with technology to monitor their safety and well-being in their own home.More than just a Call Handler, this is a unique opportunity to work in a truly rewarding environment where you can have a real, positive impact on the lives and well-being of others. Experience of working in a customer centre or customer service environment is essential.
