Party Wall Surveyor / Administrator South West London, SW9Permanent, full timeGBP24,000 - GBP30,000 per annum We are currently looking for a bright and committed Party Wall Surveyor to join our team in Clapham. This is an exciting opportunity for a post graduate with two years of field experience to join an Architectural firm. This is a client facing role so confidence and presentation are important as you will be acting as an ambassador for the brand. Knowledge in preparing party wall letters and attention to detail is a must. You will be energetic and confident with a passion to progress your career. About Us We are an Architectural Design firm based in Clapham, SW9. We offer a fresh and straightforward approach to architecture - and offer a range of fixed fee design packages for clients looking to undertake a kitchen extension, basement or loft conversion. We have completed in excess of 400 projects, and have an unrivalled success rate at gaining planning permission for extensions and loft conversions across London.We have a sister company, Build Team, who offer a construction service. The Role The role will include various components with regards to the Party Wall Process. This will include explaining the process to current and prospective clients and offering information such as how many Notices they will be required to serve, gathering information and photographing sites, creating Schedule of Conditions and preparing letters and reports. Experience in this role is a must. Key Responsibilities Overseeing the Party Wall ProcessIssuing Notices, conducing Schedule of ConditionsAdministrative assistance in Party Wall MattersOther administrative duties around the officeAssistance with the blog and weekly newsletter Requirements 2 years office experienceExperience serving Notices and drawing up Schedule of ConditionsOrganisation and efficiency is a mustExcellent English both oral and writtenFriendly and personable This is an exciting opportunity for someone organised and ambitious, who is interested in joining a growing and dynamic small business.
