A HR Business Partner in Birmingham paying a salary of GBP45,000 to GBP55,000 to partner the Senior Management team across the business and lead HR Project Management. Your new role You will partner the Senior Management team to provide HR based solutions to support business objectives and to address people issues. You will develop and implement key HR strategies around talent management, leadership and employee engagement. You will lead HR based projects and be the people lead on organisational initiatives. What you'll need to succeed A Senior HR Business Partner you will have experience gained within the Financial Services sector. You will be able to demonstrate strategic and operational HR expertise and have substantial project management experience. You will be confident, articulate and be able to build effective working relationship with executive level stakeholders. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of GBP45,000 to GBP55,000 plus discretionary bonus.
