Service Team Leader

About the role: You will be leading a team of Service Co-ordinators on a day-to-day basis, working to set policy, process and procedures to ensure a quality and responsive service is provided to our customers and that the team are working to optimum capacity. You will have the ability to converse confidently over the phone with customers and trade operatives. You will be making and taking direct customer and engineer calls, to ensure planned and reactive maintenance work is allocated and completed by our network of nationwide engineers. You'll be working in a busy, vibrant Contact Centre environment and be required to maintain contact with field engineers on a regular basis to work towards a successful outcome for our customers each and every time.
