Ecommerce Manager (Retail)

A well-established consumer brand, based in Lancashire are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join their dynamic team. Their dedicated B2C website has seen tremendous growth over the last few years and the successful Ecommerce expert will be responsible for driving the business forward.Responsibilities:Manage company website for the UK, ensuring approach is scalable, commercial and supports delivery of top line business goals and strategyDevelop and drive the testing strategy plan and drive the development roadmapPlan manage the online marketing budget in conjunction with the MD ensuring all the digital marketing campaigns are delivered on budget and within cost visibilityUse analytic tools to ensure performance of all activity is analysed, ROI is calculated and outputs are used to inform future budgetsManage partner agencies to ensure briefs are adhered to and targets are reachedEnsure all reporting on campaign/CRM and activity performance is delivered accurately and on timeManage all digital marketing channels across SEO, Affiliates, retention, conversion activity, welcome emails, welcome back, 2nd purchase, abandoned baskets, updating return policy Utilise leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximise team performanceManage all social media platforms and the online customer journeyUpdating and amending product images and banners as and when requiredManaging and updating the server and plug ins Skills Required:Educated to degree level (Ideally marketing/digital related)Must have extensive Ecommerce/Digital experience within an online retailer/consumer business environment Experience of trading nationally and internationally (preferable)Must have technical experience of managing a website, from server and plug in updatesSolid digital marketing gained within Ecommerce including SEO, Affiliates, Google Analytics, Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, blogs) Strong third party agency management skillsProven successful track record of increasing traffic on websites Must be a technical minded individualCompany Benefits:GBPCompetitive Salary Package (Up to GBP45k - Negotiable) + BonusFlexible Hours (8-4pm/9-5pm) PensionLaptopCarparkReed Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
