My client who are based within the Macclesfield area are now recruiting to add to their Customer Support Team. You will ideally have proven customer service experience and looking for a fast paced and challenging role. The main purpose of the role will be to ensure that customer service levels are maintained and any problems or issues are addressed and resolved within a set time scale. Duties and Responsibilities Provide assistance and support to all customers and clients over the telephoneProvide technical assistance, escalating problems to the correct departmentHandle all inbound telephone callsDevelop, maintain and enhance customer relationshipsForm strong team relationships to ensure that customer needs are satisfied at all timesAccurately recording customer problems, providing full investigationsEntering relevant queries into the system, liaising with IT support to reach conclusions Person Specification Proven track record of working within deadlines and prioritising workloadsSelf motivated and a team playerOrganised and structuredPositive, proactive outlook with clients and colleagues If you feel as if you have the right skill set for this role please apply ASAP for an immediate interview.
