Our client, based in Kent, is currently recruiting for a Reward Specialist on a temporary contract. The job, whichis due to start a.s.a.p., is initially due to last for 3 months and will be for 35 hours per week. The ratefor this position is negotiable depending upon experience.Duties will include (but not limited to):* Working alongside the Reward Team to transition the current job evaluation methodology to the Hay (Korn Ferry Group) Job Evaluation Framework* Ensuring new job role profiles match current job grades across all job families* Devising streamlined job evaluation processes ensuring consistency of evaluation and grading* Producing reports and writing policies to a high standard* Updating and finalizing policies and procedures relating to job evaluation* Liaising with recognized trade union partners with regard to reward mattersThe successful candidate must have experience Hay (Korn Ferry Group) Job Evaluation FrameworkJames Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role
