Right now we're looking for people for our Customer Service Department for the CarphoneWarehouse site in Preston. The role requires you to be fully flexible to work 40 hours per week on a shift pattern across our opening hours which are 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 5pm Sunday. The role is offering GBP15,600 per annum You'll need a confident, friendly telephone manner, good writing skills and a willingness to help solve your customers problems. You don't have to have experience, we'll give you all the training you need, and the range of work we do means there's lots of opportunity for ambitious people to progress.
