European Distributor Manager

Are you looking to develop you automotive career in a European dealer facing role? A highly respected automotive manufacturer are recruiting a European Distributor Manager to manage the relationship and work closely with independent car distributors across the region. The European Distributor Manager will be responsible for developing sales within individual distributor markets. This opportunity will suit someone from a manufacturers with good knowledge of dealers/network sales operations or development. Key Responsibilities Full responsibility for developing business strategies within allocated markets Develop supply plan in line with distributor forecast Manage pricing and grading for each market to maximise sales and profitability Develop dealer network and ensure compliance with franchise standards Monitor distributor financial status Report to senior managers on individual market Profile You will ideally have experience in a dealer or sales development role with a manufacturer or franchise group. You will have strong relationship management experience and good negotiation skills with the ability to motivate and develop your distributor network. Experience in a distributor role would be beneficial but not a prerequisite. As this is a European role any previous experience or relevant languages would be highly desirable.
