Elevation Office Support are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Technician to work for a leading wholesalers business that supply into the Leisure & Tourism industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established business that have seen a significant period of success over the past 5 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone; providing an effective repair service on their purchased goods. As well as this you will be responsible for stock control, processing new orders, and dealing with any queries or complaints. You will also be required to fulfill administration duties including; dealing with customers, stock and delivery related paperwork. Occasional travel to deliver goods to customers may also be required. Elevation Office Support would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills & experience:-Professional approach when dealing with customers-Technically minded with the ability to problem solve effectively -IT literate; competent in the use of MS Office Incl.
