Trainee Recruitment Consultant - York

Due to an increase in workload we are looking to recruit a smart, reliable, trustworthy, permanent Recruitment Consultant (would consider a trainee or someone from a recruitment background) who has enthusiasm, ambition and the drive to succeed alongside a highly successful team in York. Full on the job training and support will be given to the ideal candidate who has a resilient, outgoing personality and thrives in a competitive but fair and honest environment. Minimum responsibilities:- Candidates must live within a 10 - 15 mile radius of York.- Be able to maintain achievable targets.- Understanding and carrying out specific instructions. - Would suit (e.g. customer services/call centre/sales/accounts manager) or of a similar nature.- Use your initiative, not afraid to ask for help.- Fully conversant with software packages and databases is essential.- A good strong work history is imperative.- Suggest new and innovative ideas to improve the business even further; and have the ability to adapt to changes due to business demands. Role and responsibilities:- Must be confident, with strong communication skills when liaising with senior management and clients.- Resourcing, vetting and interviewing candidates, writing job specifications, CVs and negotiating salaries- Must have strong administrative experience with organisation and priorities of duties is essential.- Maintaining and managing existing and new accounts on a daily basis, dealing with confidential data and personal information (no sales involved).This is an exciting opportunity not to be missed for those who would like to learn and develop new skills in a rewarding career.
