Role Purpose: An exciting position for a Talent professional to fulfil a business critical function for the world's leading Testing, Inspection and Compliance & Certification business. You will be responsible for the full Talent Management agenda within the North West Europe Region, including the performance management cycle and Talent Programmes. You will be established in your field with a proven track record delivering Talent projects. You will have the highest level of written and verbal communication skills and be able to demonstrate a passion for the development of individuals across differing cultures and operating functions. Experience & Skills Required: Have a proven track record in Talent Management preferably in a corporate environmentExperience in change managementStrong Influencing skillsEmpathic with a clear passion for development programmesHave superb communication and presentation skillsDemonstrate the ability to think strategicallyExperience in creating and delivering successful projects from inception to completion Qualifications Required: Educated to degree level or equivalentHold CIPD qualification or equivalentResourcing or Occupational Psychology qualifications Main Duties and Responsibilities: Create a plan for employee engagement across the organisation that takes into account our varied departmentsBe a champion integrating engagement and Talent Management into BV strategic objective processOwn the Bureau Veritas Engage and Grow your Talent ProgrammeCareer Development Manager's duty is in addition to educate managers on the processes (the Why and the What) and feed-back to HR Corp about improvements/challenges/obstaclesEnsures adequate development is given to managerial talents through job assignments, training and mentoringFollow the managerial talents through career check points and ensure that the move and speed of their career reflects a fair assessment of their potentialTrack the level of engagement through the exit interview process and/or engagement surveys & make effective use of outcomes (corrective actions)Own talent and performance strategy including diversity, high potential development, talent attraction and retention.Provides expertise in assessment and coaching tools and talent analytics.Supports HR in the coordination of large scale HR projects and works with HR managers to design talent development plans supporting the organisation's succession plan.Helps ensure the strategic positioning of L&D.Champion Engagement and Diverstity across the Bureau Veritas regionBe an ambassador for staff culture and engagement.Create and manage a suite of metrics to measure Engagement and Talent Management progressSupport the businesses growth strategy, skill development and cultural change for Talent
