Page Personnel is looking to recruit two additional short term resources to recover a significant amount of overdue debt, primarily from public sector (NHS) customers. Client Details Multifaceted health care business. Description Full ownership of up to 100 accounts / ledgers Perform end to end collections for all outstanding overdue debt on assigned accounts, providing copy statements and invoices where required, and identifying invoices in dispute and reasons for non-payment Investigate and resolve disputes by consulting multiple systems (e.g. JDE, Siebel) and internal stakeholders (e.g. Pricing, Customer Services, Technical Services) Generate credits and debits to resolve customer issues, sourcing business and financial approval where appropriate Build reliable, strong relationships with all of your accounts to ensure commitment of payments to Baxter / ongoing debt reduction Ability to communicate with customers within an NHS environment using a variety of methods skills and techniques to achieve payments that may include customer visits / meetings Challenging customers and obtaining payment, where invoices are correct and credits are not due Ability to recognise when an account needs to be passed into the escalation process Ability to work towards specific agreed account targets and deadlines for achievement Profile Due to location you will need a car to work at this company The successful candidate will have proven experience dealing with complex accounts, and have strong investigative skills and enquiring mind! Strong Communication skills Strong business / commercial knowledge Strong IT skills including use of Excel spreadsheets Flexibility and the ability to react to changing situations and priorities Self-motivated and able to proactively manage time and workload Works well within a team Job Offer The successful candidates will join an existing team of four people based in Compton, Newbury. There are two people assigned to this work based in Dublin. Hours are standard Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 - 37.5 hours per week. Contract length: 9 months.
