Sales Negotiator

Picton West is currently working with a successful expanding, independent, mid to high end agency in Farnham and together we are recruiting for a Sales Negotiator. The role of Sales Negotiator will include: liaising with vendors & buyersarrange viewingscarry out viewingsnegotiate sales and follow the purchase through to completion. The ideal Sales Negotiator will have: experience of working in Estate agency environmentexcellent communication skillsunderstanding of local property market The salary is GBP35,000 OTE plus car allowance. The hours are Monday - Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturdays.
