Due to continued success they are looking to recruit for an exciting opportunity within their business. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a wide range of business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Care and Administration Your new roleWorking as part of a small but busy team, you will be responsible for the administrative and sales and marketing support for the directors and staff of the business, dealing in all aspects of the provision of products and services to existing and new customers.Your role will include; customer and supplier liaison in sales and service departments, answering telephone queries and ensuring high levels of customer care, raising quotes, purchase orders, invoices and databases, sales and marketing support and general office duties. This really is a varied role for the right person. It is key to note that this role is not purely administrative, you will be required to speak to customers and develop the business, so an interest in or confidence in telephone based sales is very important. What you'll need to succeedYou will need to demonstrate the following traits, drive and positivity with an enthusiastic attitude. The ability to work under your own initiative, good customer facing skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
