As part of their continued success and growth, we are looking to support them in their hiring of 2 trainee recruitment consultants. As a recruitment consultant, your role is to support your client base in their search for their next hire. Part of the challenge to be a good recruiter is being able to LISTEN to your clients needs and match those with your CANDIDATES requirements - the perfect candidate for this industry has a strong eye for details, outstanding listening skills, a desire to win and be the best in the market by setting themselves apart from he competition.
