Customer Care Agent (Immediate start !)

Our world renowned Property clients, based just outside of Harlow, are now in the market for a Customer Care Agent to joint their busy team. The successful candidate will have had Call Centre, Client Services or a Customer Services background and be available to start immediately. The role will initially start on a temporary basis but this is likely to transfer onto a permanent contract for the right applicant. Duties will involve : Taking calls from clients throughout the UK and handling requests for stock, complaints, queries and product adviceUpdating the internal call management system on a daily basisDealing and successfully clearing incoming client emailsHandling all associated administration work Our clients are hoping to attract either a bright graduate with excellent communication skills or a candidate with a similar background.
