Our prestigious Farnborough-based client is looking for Call Handlers to join them on a permanent basis. Supporting the Marketing Department by dealing mostly with inbound calls, the chosen candidates will be responsible for arranging appointments that will generate increased revenue for the business. Key Responsibilities: To make a number of calls and appointments per day/week. Any inbound calls will be as a result of general enquires' response to a centrally run campaign.Reporting on your performance at the end of the week, explaining your results and highlighting any areas of difficulty you encounteredDelivering an excellent customer experienceRecording call activity accurately and efficiently to ensure a clear audit trail of all work completed. The ideal candidate should have: Strong experience of handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls Good written and verbal communication skills Work experience which demonstrates their ability to adapt to new industries.
