Warehouse Cleaning Operative

Cordant People are currently working with one of the UK's leading Facilities Management providers who are looking to expand one of their teams in Milton Keynes. OWN TRANSPORT REQUIRED We are looking for reliable individuals to work in a busy distribution centre with the chance to go permanent after Christmas peak. Job Title: Rubbish/Waste Operative ( Card / Plastics ) Location: Milton Keynes Pay: GBP7.20 Shifts: 4 on 4 off. 6am till 6pm (Days) and 6pm - 6am(Nights) Duties; You will be working alongside Warehouse Operatives for one of the world's biggest online retailers. You will be required to assist with the removal of Card/Plastic packaging left over from the warehouse operatives. No sweeping required!. All Card/Plastics are placed at the end of each aisle in small bins or cages and it will be your duty to empty the small bins / cages into euro-bins(big plastic bins on wheels) ready to be disposed of by another colleague. No heavy lifting required. List of expected duties. Empty Card bin/cagesEmpty Plastic bin/cagesReplenish the water coolers ( mini bottles to prevent heavy lifting requirements )Clean water coolers This role involves lots of walking, bending, emptying bins, replacing empty water bottles on the coolers and keeping the coolers clean and hygienic.
