OVERVIEW We have an URGENT and EXCITING opportunity to work within the Installations Service team on behalf of bathstore, the UK's leading bathroom retailer! Location: Welwyn Garden City (bathstore Customer Support Centre) Salary: GBP16,000 Days of work: 5 days a week, may include some weekends THE ROLE The role will involve dealing with bathstore customers over the telephone/email within an office environment. You would be dealing with customers prior to any sale, providing excellent customer service at all times.
