Building Surveyor

Salary depending on experience.My client are looking to recruit a chartered building surveyor who can provide a full range of building surveying services to their clients in both public and private sectors. You need to be able to adapt your skills to meet the specific requirements of any project and you will have the full resources of a multi-disciplinary company in order to deliver the most challenging of client briefs. You will be able to give continuous updates ad have open communication channels and stakeholder management throughout the project to ensure that service exceeds expectations and adds value to the scheme.The ideal candidate will have a wide range of experience in different areas such as:* Building surveys * Measured surveys * Party Wall surveying * Schedule of dilapidations * Planning and Building Regulations * Reporting - micro and macro * Design and space planning * Defects diagnostics * Schedule of conditions * Contract administration * Listed and Heritage approval * BIM and soft landingsDesired experience: - Demonstrable track record in managing complex, high value and varied contracts from a building surveying perspective. - Degree qualified in building surveying and/or professional qualification and/or membership of the RICS - Comfortable communicating with all levels of Senior Management - Expert analytical skills to make informed, balanced business decisions and reporting findings back to Clients and Internal Stakeholders.If you have the relevant skills and qualifications please apply now.
