They have a network of 15 offices across England. Each branch solely recruit within the Education sector from Teachers within SEN/ Primary/ Secondary, Educational Support Staff and Nursery Nurses support staff to over half of the schools in the UK. THE ROLEAs the Branch Manager of this existing branch you will be support a team of consultants in all aspects of their role from new business development, recruiting of new candidates through to service reviews with schools on a monthly basis. As the branch manager you will lead by example with new consultants and start as a biller manager. As the team grows you will then spend more time developing and supporting your team. This role is ideal for a Senior Consultant looking for the next stage to their career, or an existing branch manager looking for a new working environment and challenge. Our client are happy to speak to candidates from a healthcare background as well as education for this vacancy. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE• It is essential that you are experienced within the Education or Healthcare sector. • Have a proven track record in developing your own clients and building a profitable desk. • You will experienced in training and mentoring other consultants either as a Team Leader or Senior Consultant. • Keen for progression and driven to run your own branch.• Able to manage and support a team within all aspects of the role as a Branch Manager.
