Title: Service Manager
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: GBP40,000-GBP44,000 + benefits
The Role
As Service Manager, you will be working closely with the Branch Manager assisting with the branch performance as a whole.
This will include:
• Ensuring procedures for providing quotations, accepting orders, recording costs, pricing and invoices are followed and adhered to.
• Making sure all documents and records are properly filed and customer queries dealt with efficiently and effectively.
• Liaising with the Branch Manager, ensuring all job costs are kept within budget
• To ensure all invoices are raised promptly on job completion in order to keep work-in-progress to a minimum.
• Business development will also play a key part in this role, assisting with the growth of business, identifying opportunities, and building relationships with customers both new and old
Other areas of responsibilities include:
• Assisting managing the utilisation of the engineers in an efficient and effective manner
• Keeping engineers informed about company procedures
• Ensuring engineers are kept fully informed and updated on Health and Safety matters
On a personal level, you will have a team player mentality and a flexible approach to work.
Previous experience within HVAC or Refrigeration would be highly advantageous
A full, clean drivers licence is also required
