Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

My client is a Multi-Service Law Firm based in West Sussex. Due to expansion, they are currently looking for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their Conveyancing team.
The successful Senior Residential Property Solicitor will be 4+ years PQE and have experience handling their own caseload from inception to completion. The candidate will be able to deal with a wide range of leasehold and freehold conveyancing matters such as sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. The candidate will also be able to use the land registry online portal for registrations searches and applications whilst also possessing experience liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders etc. In addition, the candidate should have experience with post completion work.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 4 years PQE
• Ability to deal with a wide range of leasehold and freehold conveyancing matters from inception to completion such as sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity etc
• Experience handling own caseload
• Able to use the Land Registry online portal for registrations, searches and applications
• Experience liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders etc
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively
• Desire to progress your career within the Property sector
