The Role:

The Sales Coordinator / Account Exec will support the Sales Managers in achieving the budgeted target for the sales of our product range to the timber manufacturing sector. 

In carrying out this role it is also expected that this individual will play a part in the internal sales function of the business and seek to support and promote the companies multi-product sales offering.

Required Experience & skills:

+ Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard with experience in a fast paced commercial environment or a proven record of sales or account executive experience.
+ Proven telephone skills in a customer focussed role both with incoming and outgoing calls
+ Experienced in developing long term relationships with clients
+ Excellent administration and processing skills
+ Track record of selling products successfully 
+ Good Microsoft office skills including Excel
+ Excellent telephone manner

+ Confident person, able to use own initiative and also to follow instructions
+ Excellent professional telephone manner
+ Proven experience in sales and customer service
+ Accurate with good attention to detail
+ A desire to develop personally and have the ambition to build a successful career
+ Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
+ Team player, happy to support their colleagues and ensure projects are completed on time
+ Flexible approach

Remuneration package:

+ Salary: £22-25k depending upon experience 
+ Hours of work: 40 per week, 8am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch
+ Holidays: 25 days per year plus 8 statutory holidays
+ Performance bonus: Annual payments dependent upon company and individual performance, Contributory pension scheme: Generous company contribution
