Ashberry Recruitment are looking to identify an Environmental Data Analyst on behalf of their highly respected client - a major compliance scheme provider that offers environmental solutions to UK businesses with a green agenda. Our client is looking for a talented individual to become part of a small and successful team, looking to play a key part in the growth of a forward thinking and dynamic company.
Job Purpose
To be an integral part of the compliance team delivering a high level of customer service and technical support to existing customers and building successful relationships (in line with the customer service policy) ensuring a positive customer retention record is maintained. Supporting the sales team in the achievement of company growth targets by offering technical input with the securing of new business and ensuring opportunities are optimised within the existing customer database. Full induction and training program in place and there are excellent opportunities and support for candidates with the right competencies. Main Duties Include;
• Account management to existing customers across all core-business services (WEEE, packaging and batteries compliance)
• Relationship building with existing member accounts in order to identify and promote cross-selling opportunities
• Technical support to existing and prospect members
• Manage the compliance review programme for the year across all three services, including risk profiling and analysis to determine who needs a review and communicating progress against the schedule
• Undertake compliance reviews with customers (split between on-site and desk-top reviews)
• Provide updates to customers via webinars, email communications, on the phone etc.
• Assist customers with their data gathering activities improving efficiencies whilst ensuring data can be deemed to be 'as accurate as reasonably possible'
• Data verification checking and second checking data
• Invoicing checks
• Have input into the growth of non-core services
Person Specification;
• Outgoing, personable and sociable
• Strong desire to deliver a high level of customer service
• Intelligent, fast learner with a methodical approach
• Logical, well organised clear thinker
• Ability to work carefully, with an excellent eye for detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage workload
• Work well in a team with a "muck in" as appropriate for a small business
• Flexible in approach with a commitment to 'get the job done'
• Excellent communication skills
• A strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines
• Able to work under pressure and take on responsibility
• Confident, positive and enthusiastic in outlook
• UK Driving License and have access to a car insured for business purposes
• Solid academic background
