BMR Solutions is currently looking to recruit for a Mechanical Service Engineer to work for our client who is a leading equipment supplier in the Water Industry. They have been established for over 20 years and with a turnover in excess of GBP14 million, are known specialists within their industry. This role involves predominately site work and a company van will be provided for travel.
Job Title: Mechanical Service Technician
Location: Reading but covering Midlands, Wales and South of England.
Reporting to: Chippenham branch
Permanent
Rate/Salary: Up to GBP27,000 + O/T + Van (Shared between a team of 2) + Benefits
The scope of our clients projects ranges from the supply of basic products to medium-sized turnkey projects. The company's success is based on its reputation for innovation and quality (all their products are constructed in stainless steel and manufactured to the highest standard).
Our client invests in training and personnel development, which is reflected in the accreditation of the 'Investors in People' Gold Award.
They are currently recruiting for two candidates who will be reporting to the Regional Field Manager. They will be responsible for servicing, installation and troubleshooting of machinery.
Key Skills & Experience:
•Experience as a Maintenance or Service Engineer ideally from M&E or plant maintenance background
•Ability to investigate faults
•Understanding of mechanical engineering drawings
•Welding (desirable)
•A clean driving licence
