We are currently recruiting for an Aftercare Coordinator to work for a highly successful national engineering consultancy firm based in Northampton. This is a full-time, temporary to permanent position.
Key responsibilities:
*General co-ordination of the aftercare engineering team and day to day activities.
*Monitoring and controlling of the reported warranty defects.
*Liaising with clients via both email and telephone to ensure they are kept up to date and to discuss/resolve various issues of access and faults found.
*Attending regular site and engineer meetings to discuss issues, carry out tool box H&S, etc.
*Carrying out searches into historical digital and paperwork records in order to help engineers with sourcing vital information.
Person specification:
*Co-ordination experience is preferable.
*Technical or engineering experience is desirable, but not essential.
*Strong IT skills and ability to work using a variety of electronic planning and organising tools.
*Strong communication and organisation skills.
