A well established training provider is looking to appoint a Team Leader to lead the Training Department which includes a number of Training Officers.

The successful applicant will need to have:
-Experience in NVQ/Apprenticeship Frameworks Standards and Training
-Knowledge and previous experience in dealing with awarding bodies and similar quality assurance organisations
-Be able to plan, prioritise and lead by example
-Minimum 3 years experience in the above field
-Be able to assess or verify Business & Administration, Customer Service and Management when necessary

You must have the following skills:
-Ability to motivate people
-Teaching and training
-Excellent communication
-Organisational/time management
-Leadership

You must hold an Assessors Award (A1) and an Internal Verifier Award (V1)

Driving license and own transport is essential. A company pool car can be available.

Hours: Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm

Salary negotiable dependant on experience and knowledge
