APC Level Building Surveyor
Location: Surrey (CR5)
Synopsis: This construction consultancy in Surrey is looking to expand and take on an APC Level Building Surveyor to come in and work on a range of projects.
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 + benefits
About the APC Level Building Surveyor Company:
This is a consultancy in Surrey that specialises in Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying, with experience working for many leading investors, occupiers, and developers in the property market. They currently have a team of 30+ and they are experiencing a period of growth and looking to expand.
About the APC Level Building Surveyor Opportunity:
The current team is expanding and there is an opportunity for an APC Level Building Surveyor to come in and work on a range of projects including education, historic buildings, residential, leisure and commercial works. They have in house APC assessors with an excellent training programme. They have a good working environment with great career prospects. Combine this with the good APC training and this makes for a very exciting opportunity for any Building Surveyor looking for a new challenge.
Requirements for the APC Level Building Surveyor:
-Degree in Building Surveying
-2-3 years + Building Surveying experience
-Experience working in some of the sectors listed above
