Our client is an established consumer products organisation based in the Tyne and Wear area who is looking to recruit an HR Advisor to cover a period of maternity.
The Role:
* Reporting to the HR Manager
* Recruitment at all levels
* Provide advice and guidance to Managers
* Staff inductions
* Training support
* Management of temporary workers
* Health and safety awareness
* Administration and data input
The Person:
* Previous HR experience covering a generalist role essential
* Manufacturing background would be an advantage
* CIPD qualified
* Flexible attitude
* Able to work in a fast paced environment
* Good IT skills
This role is to start immediately and is anticipated to last until the end of July 2017
