Working exclusively alongside our client in South Yorkshire, we are looking to appoint a Manufacturing Manager to join this well-established engineering firm. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key role within this firm, introduce new ideas and drive excellence.

The successful Manufacturing Manager will be looking to join an already established and busy engineering firm who are looking to progress. Your new ideas and input will be welcomed and your knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques will be made good use of.

The successful Manufacturing Manager will ideally possess the following:

-Previous experience as a Manufacturing Manager
-A background within welding/fabrication (ideally apprentice trained)
-A background within CNC/Manual machining
-Project Management experience
-Knowledge of implementing and developing lean manufacturing techniques
-The ability to identify and implement change where necessary
-The confidence to suggest and introduce new ideas and working practices

Our client occupies a strong position in the markets they work in, with key products and more general services on offer. They are looking to appoint the right person to allow both themselves and the successful Manufacturing Manager to develop.

Salary: GBP(Apply online only)/annum + company benefits
Shifts: Regular days, Monday to Friday
Duration: Permanent
