Our client is a facilities management solutions company covering on and off-site management, with a 24/7 helpdesk giving maintenance, cleaning, catering, security, project management. Having been established for over 200 years they offer excellent career prospects and security.
You will be working as a Contract Supervisor Office Based in Leicester, Hours of work are Monday to Friday 40 hours, with Overtime, Pool Vehicle and expenses.
The roles will consist of managing the gas register, complete low value quotes, responsibility for time-sheets, day to day queries, help with the PPM of engineers work. This is an office based role (off the tools)
The ideal candidate will have experience of working commercial gas environment and have service, maintenance and installations experience which can be demonstrated on your CV.
You need to have:
• Full ACS Commercial Gas Tickets
• Full ACS Domestic Gas Tickets
• IOSH or similar H&S Certifications
• Experience in Quotes
• Experience in planning engineers works
