Are you an experienced customer service professional seeking a new position within the Bradford, West Yorkshire area? Working within the operations team, your duties will include:
* Dealing with customer service related enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Processing registrations accurately and in a timely manner
* Ensuring all rejections / queries are followed up and resolved in an efficient and customer focused manner
* Administering non technical claims
* Working to company service standards and legislative / procedural policies in force at all times
You will have telephone based customer service experience within a professional environment, being customer focused, possessing an excellent telephone manner, together with strong IT skills. In addition, you will be a friendly and helpful team player. A clean credit score is also essential for this role.

Hours of work are 37.5 per week between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
