Body Shop Administrator / Service Adviser / Body Shop Coordinator - Bristol - ??18,000 + Bonus
Job Title : Body Shop Administrator
Salary : ??18,000 + Bonus
Location : Bristol
Hours : Monday to Friday
Contract : 6 Month Maternity Cover, To Continue permanent after this period

An outstanding opportunity has arisen within an ever expanding Car Dealership as a Body Shop Administrator / Service Adviser / Body Shop Coordinator. With a turnover of ??200 million per annum and employing over 700 members of staff, you will be part of a business who have 10 dealerships which are located in most regions of England and is one of the UK's largest franchised dealer groups
The position as Body Shop Administrator / Service Adviser / Body Shop Coordinator will include daily duties such as
??Attending to customer needs
??Follow up calls to customer's
??Dealing with customer queries
??Making customer vehicle bookings
??Arrange deliveries and collections
??Dealing with insurance companies and external suppliers
??To Maintain reception area.
The Body Shop Administrator / Service Adviser / Body Shop Coordinator will have a need to be very customer friendly providing excellent customer service whilst working as the first point of contact within the Body Shop. The successful candidate will benefit from having previous sales experience within the Automotive industry but this will not be essential to the role.
In return, the Body Shop Administrator / Service Adviser / Body Shop Coordinator will be part of an up-beat and energetic team within a widely known Automotive company. The successful candidate will gain the opportunity for this position to become permanent after the 6 month maternity cover period.
