Our client is seeking an Administrator & Analyst to join their team in Bath. Overview: Support the Group Sales Director & Sales Management Team as the "team" specialist in the production and creation of reports and data to offer performance insight and evaluation across sales teams, individuals, product categories, customer groups and brands. Ownership, tracking and reconciliation of customer sales/rebates Pricing specialist for the business, responsible for the master data/file updating and administration for all product categories under each brand for both internal system and external customer requirements. Produce regular monthly customer and sales reports for Group Sales Director and sales management team at month end Produce ad-hoc reports and data for sales management team/customer presentations and sales activities as and when required Collate and provide results and analysis across sales team display sales, promotions and other sales led activities Administer display claim payments Supply display claims to sales team Contract sales report, EPOS, National merchant, LABC licence reports Skills and experience required: Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge essential and good IT skills required Thorough understanding and experience of SAP preferred Demonstrating a professional approach to work Being appropriately presented in a professional environment Using appropriate professional language - both verbally and written Dynamic and detail oriented individual Team player For more information about this role, please get in touch with an updated copy of your CV.
