Position Description This role is based in Bristol. Lots of good opportunities for the right candidate including being able to train up after some time to 2nd line support. Help desk will probably be shift based, but within the 8am to 6pm window e.g. sometime they need to cover the early one and sometimes the late one. They will be supporting Costain products and services we deliver to our clients. Role will include but not limited to: -Taking calls and calling back the customer - so good communications skills are essential. -They will need to log and update tickets on our service desk software -Perform sys admin type duties on various products e.g. managing users and passwords -Resolving some technical issues at first point of contact -Following up on tickets with the rest of the support team e.g, 2nd/3rd line to ensure SLAs are managed.
