We are looking for a warm, person focused mental health professional to lead the delivery of a recovery based housing related support accommodation service in Sheffield. The role requires a hands on approach to service delivery and will be responsible for the operational management of Sevenaires (an accommodation based service for 20 people with mental health needs in Sheffield).
You will have an extensive knowledge of mental health recovery approaches with skills in promoting independence and developing community links. You will be motivated to drive the service, empowering service users to move to less supported accommodation over 2 years. You will demonstrate a person centered approach and the ability to achieve positive outcomes through co-production with service users and creative multi-agency working. You will also be an enthusiastic leader with a positive approach to coaching and developing you and your team, a relevant qualification is desirable such as RMN, Social Work or management qualification. Supervisory experience is essential.
