Our client is actively recruiting for Housekeepers to join their growing team. These varied roles involve cleaning and preparing apartments for guests, ensuring apartments are fully equipped and checking apartments for damage when guests check-out. Working in an established company, these jobs are not office based. The work is spread across sites in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. A full driving licence is essential. Transport is provided during working hours.
Responsibilities include:
-Preparing apartments to required standard for new guests.
-Managing laundry/Welcome Pack supplies.
-Routine maintenance work, such as replacing light bulbs, touch-up painting etc.
-Identifying maintenance work that is required (e.g. carpet cleaning, painting etc.).
-Checking standard of cleans by agency cleaners and liaising with them.
-Checking guests out by collecting keys and reviewing apartment condition.
-Meeting with contractors..
-Cleaning of apartments to a high standard.
-Occasionally carrying out viewings for potential guests.
Hours
Job 1 - 9:15am to 3:00pm Monday and Tuesday. 11:00 to 3pm on Sunday. On-call one evening per week.
Job 2 - 9:15am to 3:00pm Wednesday-Friday. On-call one evening per week.
Job 3 - 9:15am to 3:00pm Monday-Friday. 11:00 to 3pm on Sunday. On-call one evening per week.
Job 4 - 9.00am to 3:45pm Monday-Friday. 11:00 to 3pm on Sunday. On-call one evening per week.
