Administration Assistant - Nottingham - Immediate Start
Due to growth and demand across the Administration department of our clients project resourcing team, we are actively seeking experienced Administration Assistants to join the busy and in demand department.
Please note this is a Full time opportunity and the site is not accessible via public transport, core hours are; 8.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday.
Role Requirements;
- Responsible for all functional inductions and facilitating IT/applications set up, security passes, site tours, timesheet logging guidance and any other new starter related activities
- Maintains all desk allocation data to help facilitate future moves, tracks capacity and assists with growth issues
- Pick up additional administration work from the Resource Team.
Additional Requirements;
- Will need to be local to Nottingham and be able to drive to site.
- Ideally come from a project administrator or resource administrator background, someone who can come in and get on with the role at hand
- Experience working with SAP systems very beneficial
- Powerpoint and Excel skills
- Strong communication skills as they will liaise with stakeholders at all levels across the business
- Need to be adaptable as they will have a wide remit and tasks will be varied
