The Company:
Our client is a well-established, international manufacturing company in the fashion industry based in Central London.

Main duties:
To be in charge of the day-to-day wholesale order processing and account management within a busy Customer Services team and to ensure the highest standard of customer support.

The Role:
- To provide an excellent level of Customer Services at all times
- To process orders and ensure on-time delivery using SAP
- To build good relationships with wholesale customers and understand their needs
- To liaise with other departments regarding product Availability / Delivery / Credits / Returns
- To work as part of a team and report to the Team Leader
- To update customers details accurately on the system

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) - ESSENTIAL
- Fluency in any other EU language would be beneficial
- Previous experience in a wholesale / B2B customer services environment - ESSENTIAL
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate (Excel, SAP ideally)

The Salary:
Up to £28,500 p.a. + excellent benefits and annual bonus.
