Design and delivery strategy for sub-regional and/or regional programme recruitment/sales, account managing school and influencer relationships. Convert sales opportunities. Grow Ambition School Leaderships profile and reputation to support future growth.


Feed in to development of the overarching regional SR strategy, objectives and budget for each academic year, taking responsibilities for specific elements of the strategy, objectives and budget
Develop and deliver sub-regional and/or in-region programme-level recruitment and sales strategies for Ambition School Leadership programmes, contributing to the achievement of regional sales targets
Take responsibility for sub-regional and/or in-region programme-level sales activity, including tactics, forecasting and monitoring
Task manage individuals and teams on ongoing work and project work, including assembling and leading matrixed teams
Develop and leverage strategic partnerships with potential stakeholder organisations, including school leaders and contacts in middle tier organisations, for the purpose of sales, recruitment and long-term growth
Account manage relationships with schools and middle tier organisations, in line with the nationally defined approach
Plan and deliver events in collaboration with external partners and wider members of the team (e.g. Comms.). These events will be for head teachers, senior school leaders and middle leaders, with the objective to establish and deepen relationships to support with meeting recruitment targets.
Identify local speaker slots and public platforms at conferences, events, network meetings etc., including writing and delivering speeches/presentations
Make successful approaches to target schools, groups and areas, to build and maintain outstanding relationships with new and existing partner schools which result in programme sales and nominations.
Lead meetings with head teachers and senior leaders at schools to promote our programmes.
Deliver exciting and robust regional communications, which deliver consistent and effective messaging across the region and are in line with the national communications strategy.
Deliver meetings 1 and 3 of regional Schools programmes, as appropriate
Working with the national SR team to contact schools and participants during the period of matching flagship candidates to schools for the flagship programme, recording all progress for each candidate and updating the central team
Liaise with schools on queries around eligibility for programmes and escalate requests for exceptions according to the school and participant eligibility policy
Provide reports and analysis to external stakeholders
Ensure regional data and relationship management information, including on our Salesforce database, are maintained and deployed effectively and can be used to create accurate reports on the progress of our strategies, providing support and training to colleagues using Salesforce as needed.
Track and evaluate the success of different approaches to schools and refine plans accordingly.
Continuous monitoring of the progress of the school relations strategy in their areas of responsibility against our targets for the year, using data to make projections and proposing changes to our strategies to ensure targets are met.
Embed our national approach to new business and account management, ensuring customer journeys are mission-led, high quality, personal and productive
Contribute to a mission-aligned customer focused relational sales culture across the regional sales team, in line with other regions and the national team
Contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous feedback, QA and improvement through relationships with regional and national SRMs
Support recruitment and selection each year, including marking application forms and assessing at Assessment Centres
Keep abreast of sales best practice in the education sector and beyond to build personal credibility
Work closely with regional SR colleagues, to build a strong and effective regional School Relations team
