20 hours per week - Term Time Only

Salary: £9,553 - £10,818 per annum

Somerset's Virtual School are seeking 2 part time (term time only) Education Support Workers to promote the learning and achievement of Children Looked After.

Based within the Virtual School, you will be passionate about improving the educational experiences  and outcomes of vulnerable children and young people.  The posts involve direct working with children and young people to build positive relationships, develop confidence and self esteem in order to promote good attendance and engagement in education provision.

Extensive and frequent travel across the county will be required.
