They are passionate about their delivery of "excellent service" and have ambitious plans to grown and develop their UK coverage to 80+ locations in the next 3 years. ROLE You will be managing one of our client most successful office. Currently the office is consistently suppling over 3000 hrs of care a week. There is a large and stable client base and they are probably the largest supplier of Care staff to the Nursing and Care home in and around Bath.You will be an effective man Manager who will utilise your portfolio of skills to develop 3 Service Delivery Consultants. It will be key to branches success that you consistently provide high levels of service to Clients and Candidates. You will be competent at new business generation and be required to ensure all company and legal policies are strictly adhered to. IDEAL CANDIDATE 1 You will be a proven Recruitment Branch Manager from either a Healthcare, Industrial, Driving or Commercial Recruitment background.2 Have a track record of improving branch efficiencies and profitability3 Have effective management skills with a proven portfolio of improving Consultants skill sets4 You will be able to effectively multi task, delegate effectively and have effective and clear communication skills.5 Have very accurate administration skills to ensure the CQC standards are fully implemented6 Your previous work colleagues will describe you as a dynamic, inspirational & passionate individual with strong integrity We are only able to respond to Candidates who have Recruitment Industry experience.If, after submitting your CV, you have not heard from us within 2 working days then unfortunately we are unable to consider you for this position.
