HR Manager - Frome - ??28-40k plus BonusMy client is looking for a generalist HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor to join their exciting site near Frome, Somerset. The successful Human Resource Manager will have previous FMCG experience, ideally be fully CIPD or part qualified and will play an important role in the senior management team. This role is very hands on and will involve all aspects of HR.To be successful as the HR Manager you'll have 2 years minimum generalist HR Management experience. You'll have worked in a large or SME Company managing the HR function, ideally within an FMCG manufacturing industry. You'll be confident in your ability to recruit, engage and maintain staffing solutions and provide procedural advice and support to management. You'll have strong interpersonal and communication skills with an open and fair minded attitude. You will have the ability to make key business decisions. My client will consider both an experienced HR manager and a senior HR Advisor looking for the next step up. Key to this role is going to be enthusiasm and drive.This role will suit a candidate that has previously worked as a HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, Human Resource ManagerThe salary on this role is up to ??40k DOE plus excellent benefits.
